If you are a seller of property the Vendor Statement and Contract of Sale will be prepared in a timely and accurate fashion which is vital to obtaining a sale of the property, should there be interested buyers.
Meeting our clients face-to-face in a professional and friendly manner is a part of the job that Nancy enjoys and will always be available to explain or assist any clients if they do not understand the conveyancing process.
In Nancy’s role as our family law administration assistant, it is vital that when asked to perform particular tasks these are done in a timely manner. This could be taking down details of a proposed new client or following up with existing clients regarding matters over the phone, preparation of briefs to barristers and filing of court documents.
Outside of the office, Nancy loves spending time going out to her favourite restaurants, listening to live music, gardening and plans on travelling in the future.
