A Queenslander at heart, Shahn moved to Geelong nine years ago with her husband and four-month-old son from the far west Queensland town of Bedourie, on the edge of the Simpson Desert.
Shahn works deep within the heart of our accounting team to welcome new clients to work with us so they receive a warm, hassle-free and personalised introduction to our team and our services. As our Client Services Co-ordinator, she also manages and maintains a high level of organisation to oversee our workflow process for our current clients’ engagements and their ASIC requirements.
Shahn brings her driven personality, accountability and strong work ethic to any role or task that she is involved in.
With over 15 years of experience involving business administration, leadership and customer service, Shahn brings a variety of skills which include critical thinking, taking initiative, excellent communication and dedication that help develop and grow our team and their processes. Clients who encounter Shahn will receive a high level of service and will know they have been heard and their enquiries will be directed to the right place, no one is left behind.
Team members around Shahn are the first to say that she is hard-working, persistent and a kind person, who takes on challenges with a determined attitude. She approaches every day with her fun-loving, bright bubbly and “get it done” attitude. Shahn has a passion for bringing client relationships, and process management and has the natural ability to lead and influence fellow team members around her.
Shahn’s passion for her “the sky is the limit” career goals shows in her daily determination to ensure her role is performed to its best, ensuring clients are met with a seamless and neat process from start to finish.
From being raised on a farm where she was driving at the age of ten to living in the city or on the coast of Queensland, Shahn makes time to spend with her family and friends. With her family living throughout Queensland, she spends her time creating fun-loving memories and adventures alongside her husband, two children and Fluffy the blue healer.
In her downtime, you can find Shahn enjoying cheese and wine nights, board games and a good old boodie and laughing with her friends on the dance floor, however, nothing beats a recharge at the end of a busy week with a child-free movie and snack time for some well-deserved peace and quiet.
